Booking Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n

To confirm your booking, Dream to Africa Travel requires a 30% deposit. Without a deposit, your services will not be confirmed. Some suppliers may demand a higher deposit especially during peak season such as Christmas and New Year, therefore you will be notified accordingly.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Bookings made within 60 days prior to departure are subject to 100% prepayment at the time of confirming the reservation.<\/p>\n

We have both a South African bank account for ZAR payments as well as USD Global account for our USD\/EUR payments. All transactions can either be done via bank transfers or online payment links using credit cards, whichever suits you best.<\/p>\n

Clients are welcome to settle payment by means of a bank transfer \u2013 in this instance the amount will be converted by your bankers on presentation of our invoice. It is the client\u2019s responsibility to inform and instruct their bankers that the net invoice amount must equal the funds clearing into the Dream to Africa Travel bank account and that ALL bank charges are for the client\u2019s account.<\/p>\n

Our Cancellation Policy<\/h3>\n

\u00a0– Cancellation more than to 60 days to travel: 30% deposit is forfeited\u00a0<\/p>\n

–\u00a0 Cancellation 60 to 30 days prior arrival- 50% of the total cost is forfeited<\/p>\n

– Cancellation less than 30 days prior arrival – 100% of the total cost is forfeited<\/p>\n

Travel Insurance<\/h3>\n

We strongly recommend our clients to take medical, cancellation and curtailment cover for their bookings to avoid being charged cancellation fees in the event of not being able to travel.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Passports and Children<\/h3>\n

Please note that anyone traveling to Southern Africa must have a minimum of two consecutive blank pages in their passport.\u00a0 Passengers traveling to Southern Africa with passports that do not comply with these requirements may be stopped from boarding the aircraft or risk deportation on arrival in Southern Africa. In addition, a parent traveling with children, without the other parent, will need a letter of consent as well as a passport copy from the absent parent. The letter of consent must be certified by the police. All children traveling need their birth certificate showing the parents names. Please note that Dream to Africa Travel can\u2019t be held responsible for incorrect travel documentation or visa stipulations resulting in denied entry into your destination.<\/p>\n
