Booking Terms and Conditions

To confirm your booking, Dream to Africa Travel requires a 30% deposit. Without a deposit, your services will not be confirmed. Some suppliers may demand a higher deposit especially during peak season such as Christmas and New Year, therefore you will be notified accordingly.

The balance of payment is due 60 days prior to your arrival.

Bookings made within 60 days prior to departure are subject to 100% prepayment at the time of confirming the reservation.

We have both a South African bank account for ZAR payments as well as USD Global account for our USD/EUR payments. All transactions can either be done via bank transfers or online payment links using credit cards, whichever suits you best.

Clients are welcome to settle payment by means of a bank transfer – in this instance the amount will be converted by your bankers on presentation of our invoice. It is the client’s responsibility to inform and instruct their bankers that the net invoice amount must equal the funds clearing into the Dream to Africa Travel bank account and that ALL bank charges are for the client’s account.
